The last thing that Jeff told Kale before he went off to Germany was "don't grow up too much while I'm gone little man". Apparently Kale was asleep when he told him this because over the course of the last couple of weeks Kale has started to pull himself up on EVERYTHING, he's cut a tooth and started to crawl like a normal baby (no more low crawling). You can see in the video he's getting pretty quick.
What a guy....tell Kale not to grow up too fast!!! Grandma loves him no matter what he does which would include eating dirt. Tell him Grandma ate a slug when she was little.
